When we met Ryan Brown, it was at the recommendation of friends of me and my husband. We were in a strenuous financial position with our mortgage at the time and wanted to sell the property as a short-sale. We had no experience in how that process would work and Ryan gladly presented all of our options although some were not very favorable being we were possibly facing forclosure. We weighed the options and decided that a short-sale would be the best for us. Ryan immediately started the paperwork to put our house on the market and told us up-front all of the obstacles that we would and/or could face. Through the almost four month process Ryan stayed in constant cotact with us and communicated information from the potential buyers and showing. If you are looking to buy a home in Maryland I strongly recommend you call Mr. Brown. I am fortunate that I took a friends advice and gave him a call. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea of how to shop for a home, let alone submit a contract or make the actual purchase. We started looking for a house about 3 years ago and Ryan helped us. We were not able to buy at that time due to one of us losing our job because of the recession. We stopped looking for two and a half years, when we were ready to buy again we called Ryan. He was never bitter from us taking so long to buy. Ryan was always willing to show us any house we wanted to see. We have different schedules and he would show one of us a house and show the other one that same house another day. He was patient and never tried to show us something we were not interested in. When we were unsure of title company, inspector, etc. he always had a helpful suggestion. Ryan helped us very much and I am very glad that we were able to go back to him for our house. We are now in the house that is perfect for us thanks to him.
